B. is a SAP support professional with a proven record of high quality/cost effective Project Management. In his most recent position some of his projects included (1)upgrade Comark Inc's R/3 3.1 to R/3 4.6c, (2)migration from legacy system to R/3 4.6c and merge w/Comark's SAP 4.6c, and (3)migration from R/3 4.6c to MySAP ECC 5.0 and CRM 4.0. While with a former employer, her training classes ranged from basic Microsoft products to breaking down code for advanced programmers. Most recently she has been teaching anywhere from 1 to 1000 users in the fundamentals of Microsoft products up to advanced customizations of various software. She has been involved in customizations planning, evaluating business needs and bringing through entire life cycle development. She is proficient in on-site training as well as off-site training and is open to travel. She has an extremely professional, likable demeanor.
